Greenmount Moving and Storage

Completed in 1994, this state-of-the-art facility for a moving and storage company features many items developed especially for Greenmount. The large openings required to allow moving vans to fully penetrate the building for inclement weather loading was critical to the program. Greenmount's executive offices are located in this facility on a 10,000 s.f. mezzanine which projects beyond the truck plaza giving dispatch personnel complete view of the yard operations and constant status of loading. The building responds to the needs of over-the-road truckers by providing shower facilities, a break room and even a bunk room appropriate for the security and comfort of the drivers while they sleep. The durability of the tilt-up construction is able to withstand the everyday use of this facility with grace and style.
