This 280,000 s.f. facility located in Brandon Woods Industrial Park was developed by The Svatos Company. It will house the headquarters operations of Commerce Corporation and their subsidiary, Good Tidings. This state-of-the-art facility has approximately 25,000 s.f. of finished space for corporate offices, marketing, accounting, personnel and dispatch services. There is a 5,000 s.f. showroom to advertise the products that they sell to the wholesale market. The 30’ clear warehouse features an ESFR sprinkler system allowing full utilization of the height without in-rack sprinklers. Special cutoff rooms are provided to handle any hazardous or flammable materials which they might warehouse.
