This is the first of 2 buildings commissioned for a rapidly growing company. The 37,833 s.f. facility contains 29,432 s.f. of 30’ clear height warehouse space and 8,400 s.f. of office divided between two floors. The office portion contains corporate offices, sales offices, a showroom and business support groups.
By using a fire-wall to create 2 buildings, we were able to maximize the site’s FAR with 2C construction and only 10’ of set back from the property line. This functional and cost effective solution helped the company scontinue to grow so that in 1998 we were able to design the second building on the adjacent site.
