The entire front section of this old steel fabrication plant was completely demolished to create 45 feet of landscaped setback, on a heavily travelled city thoroughfare and over 123,000 s.f. of upscale office/warehouse space. The front of the structure was stripped down to its steel frame and the original metal panels were replaced with an exterior insulation system. The balance of the building was sandblasted and repainted. All facades were coated with textured acrylic.
