Phase I
Phase I involved the conversion of a one-story elementary school and was designed with separate storefront entryways to accommodate multiple tenants.
The existing dissimilar brick exterior was completely covered with an exterior insulation and finish system, creating a pleasing, thermally efficient envelope than provided by the original brick and large expanses of glass exterior. The building's energy efficiency was further enhanced by reducing window space, lowering ceilings and replacing the original heating plant.
